Frequently Asked Questions

Here, we address common inquiries about our services. Feel free to ask us more!

How long does the subscription last?

Our subscription plan is for at least 12 months and then switches to a month-to-month format. You're welcome to cancel anytime after the initial period. Just keep in mind that canceling means you’ll lose access to the site (otherwise everyone would just do that and we'd be out of business!).

What happens if I cancel after the 12 month minimum and want to come back?

All you need to do is sign a new contract for 12 months! This way, you can keep enjoying our services without any interruptions and make the most of all the great benefits that come with it.

How do you handle late payments?

Invoices have a 7-day grace period for payment. After this, a ₱250 late fee applies. For subscription clients with multiple overdue invoices, we may cancel the contract, and you’ll be liable for the full site cost. We strive to be flexible but require communication to avoid misunderstandings.

What do you use to take payment and what payment methods do you accept?

We issue email invoices containing a link to a secure page for entering payment information. Subscriptions can be paid using a credit or debit card, and we accept all major credit cards. For one-time projects, we utilize bank transfers to reduce processing fees.

₱1,000 per additional page, is that one time or monthly?

The fee of ₱1000 for each extra page is just a one-time charge—no ongoing costs! So, if you need 3 additional pages, it will be a total of ₱3000, and that's all there is to it—no monthly fees involved at all! We promise, we keep things simple and straightforward!

Are there refunds?

When you sign a contract, whether lump sum or subscription, if you're not completely satisfied with our design, we'll refund your initial payment. Once we begin building the site, refunds are at our discretion.

What happens if I cancel before the 12 month is over?

If you cancel within the first 12 months, you will be responsible for the total fee of the site (₱76,000) less any payments you've already made. We value long-term partnerships with our clients and seek to align with those who share this philosophy.

How long does it take?

Typically, we complete a website from beginning to end in 2 to 4 weeks, which depends largely on how quickly clients reply to our requests for content and images, as well as the availability of our designers and developers. It may take 2 weeks on occasion, or sometimes 3.

Do I keep my site if I cancel the subscription?

No, if that were the case, everyone would take advantage of it, and we would ultimately go out of business. However, you will still retain ownership of your domain and all associated assets, ensuring that you have control over your online presence.

Do we own our domain?

Absolutely. We don't hold hostages. Even if we purchase the domain on your behalf, rest assured that when you decide to cancel your subscription with us, we will promptly transfer the domain ownership back to you without any hassle.

Do you use WordPress or any builders?

No. All our creations are built with custom handwritten code—no page builders here. This sets us apart from the competition. We dedicate time and effort to ensure a unique approach, reflected in our work and clients' online presence after launch.

Why custom code over WordPress? What are the advantages?

Our custom-coded sites offer enhanced security, faster load times, lower costs, and easier customization without the need for constant updates or plugins, making them less vulnerable to hacking.

How do we request edits for our site?

To reach us, simply send an email to email@timbuilding.dev. Your message will be directed into our ticketing system, where my team and I can review, address your request, and mark it as resolved once completed. Thank you for your communication!
